My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable, and the views across the garden and ramparts were fantastic. My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were absolutely lovely, with an amazingly comfortable and large bed that was a massive luxury after camping for a few days. My room was large and very comfortable, overlooking the forecourt of the basilica. It even had a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. I was delighted to have an upgrade to a room with a large decked terrace, complete with sun loungers and a table and chairs offering stunning views across the new town. The service was top-notch with excellent attention to detail; they even offered to turn down my bed in the afternoon. The location was perfect for exploring Carcassonne, right in the center but still close enough to walk down into the town. Although parking was a bit of a hassle, the large courtyard terrace area more than made up for it. The dining experience was outstanding, with a vast array of delicious breakfast options. Overall, my stay was truly memorable with exceptional service and amenities.
